I feel Dr. Phillips is an exceptional Dr. I have been seeing him now for about 12 years and simply couldn't be happier with him. He is a good listener, pragmatic and evidence based. It gives me huge comfort to have him a my and my entire family's dr. Thank you Dr. Phillips!

Great Dr! - I have been a patient of his for about 8 years now. The care and attention to detail he provides is very comforting. He is compassionate and empathetic. Dr. Phillips is the best Dr. I have ever had and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Dr. Phillips has been my doctor for years and despite moving across town, it's worth the trip over the bridge to see him. Great guy, always addresses every concerns I've had - never dismisses or minimizes any. If he doesn't know the answer to something, he'll find me someone who does. 5/5 in all respects.
