I am an eightyish year old man who had a suspicious tumor in the right upper inner thigh. The tumor appeared a third time over a thirty year period, the two previous occurrences were benign liposarcomos. With the latest recurrence, historically, there was a chance the tumor was active. Over the summer the tumor grew larger at a faster rate. I decided to remove the tumor. By the time Dr Clarkson was scheduled to be available I was on travel. I gladly paid for return travel to have Dr Clarkson perform the surgery. A benign liposarcomo was removed with no complications. Praise the luck of having Dr Clarkson as surgeon and a benign liposarcomo

This man saved my life. When chemo, radiation, and surgery were not an option; this Dr came through. There was no option for me except pain medication until my demise. This surgeon decided to try and removed a large cancerous Tumor from my body. I had bone cancer and since my miraculous surgery, I'm still cancer free. He is phenomenal and his skills are extraordinary.

Dr. Clarkson did an amazing job on my son's femur giant cell tumor and bone grafting. He is in year 8 post surgery and going strong! Very thankful for his skills and knowledge.

Dr. Clarkson has saved my leg. He gave a second chance to be able to walk.

I am being treated by Dr. Paul Clarkson of the BC Cancer Agency,Vancouver since Sep 2013 for a high grade osteosarcoma which was detected in my left shoulder. He has since performed surgery on the affected part, put in place a metal implant on my humerus and removed affected malignant parts.The whole process of consultation,discussion,surgery,post surgery consultation and care was done very professionally. His staff is also very efficient. Only sometimes wait times are long as many patients line up [ implies he is popular, I guess !]
