My husband and I are both extremely happy to have Dr. Lavanchy as our family doctor. We find him to be quietly efficient and knowledgeable, ends the consultation, by asking if there's anything else? very nice man.

Did not care for Dr. Lavanchy's patient approach in the beginning, but we find him very thorough and that is what we want. My husband has had excellent care under Dr. Lavanchy and that is what matters to me.

A rather subjective approach to this physicians manner. It felt like being present at a frat house campus. Little compassion and even less understanding. This doctor may be about more about business than being a doctor.

Wants only his six patients through his office per hour.Too abrupt with a patient.

Approachable and sensitive to his patients. Not always a relaxed demeanour. Front end staff needs to uphold a higher standard of professionalism regarding appointment bookings. A "Can I ask what this is regarding?" Seems like an intrusion when a more appropriate response to the query would be "I have a ten minute opening here or a twenty here or a"....and so on. Most people know how to measure time.
