That all doctors patients see should be like this man. Direct, concerned, factual and though he didn't have a magic bullet for my 88 year old mother's hip/muscle pain and the gauntlet of medication and alternatives family dr. prescribed w/o success, we did walk out with options and I felt like we had been treated in a frank,respectful manner by a man who had actually read her chart before he pulled back the curtain in Emerg. Thank You, Dr Shaw.

I recently had a not-so-fun visit to an abominably overcrowded ER for pneumonia, where the doctors and nurses did their very best with limited resources. Dr. Shaw stands out as the most down-to-earth, compassionate ER doctor I have ever had to do with. He was direct, understanding, and went above and beyond the call of duty.

I am presenting with arthritic symptoms at the age of 24, but my GP only recommended that i drink more water, sleep better and breathe/ meditate more. I saw Dr. Shaw in the ER and he was very attentive, thorough and empathetic. He immediately called a contact of his and arranged for me to see a specialist two days later. All doctors should be this caring and thorough towards their patients!

Dr shaw was thorough and driven to find the right medical solution. His bedside manner was super and his ability to help people understand and cope was exceptional
