I went in for renewal of a prescription. He excused himself that he was going to be on the phone and renew my prescription while giving advice to a nurse of how to find a job. Spoke a few word with me during that 10 minutes visit. Wait period, usually one hour up to 2.5 hours. Staff good. His student doc. is good

Dr. West has been my Dr. for more than 25 years. He is busy because he is a great Dr. and I will wait because he is that good. He is genuine and is willing to listen and address the need, with medication or alternate suggestions. Those who are lucky enough to have him do not go elsewhere, which is why there are long lineups.

I found Dr. West to be curt and condescending toward me. I have worked in hospitals for 30 years and have been treated with much more respect and courtesy by numerous doctors. He didn't shake my hand upon meeting me, yet put his hand on my knee at one point..(very inappropriate). He made notes on the computer without looking at me as he questioned me. He was very impersonal and cold, processing patients as quickly as he could.

I have not been seeing Dr. West for long, however find him to be genuine, down-to-earth and an overall great guy! He seems to want the best for his patients. Dawn Bedard

Dr West is good, but he is often not available or you have a long wait to get an appointment and then you wait again in the clinic. Because he is so busy I find he sometimes doesn't listen to what you have to say and puts you off, but then On other times he is very thorough and caring. Hit or miss.i find you have to be an advocate for yourself and insist on a specialist or other help and not just pills.

very friendly and thoughtfull, jolly fellow but severely overworked. i will stay with him as a patient for as long as he or i are alive!!
