He took his time to review my X-rays and showed them to me as well and explained to me what we were seeing on them. I have never had a Dr do that before. He was friendly but as he was quite busy in the ER, he was fairly brief which I totally understood but not to the point of making me feel rushed. Definitely felt taken care of.
