Dr. Ross is a great family physician. The appointment booking system is ridiculous, it may seem helpful to the staff to book this way but it in no way is helpful for patients. Definitely not patient centred care.

She is phenomenal - very smart and careful. I've been her patient for about 15 years and she has looked after me and my family very well....
