I recently had a large umbilical hernia that needed attention.. Fortunately, I was referred to Dr. Klompje and was treated very well during the consultation, operation and follow up. I always felt like I was in good hands from start to finish and consider myself very fortunate to have crossed paths with such talented Surgeon of such high caliber. Thank you!

My husband was dying... Dr.Klompje used his experience, knowledge and caring to save his life. After 4 surgeries to repair the damage done by a ruptured colon, he is back to living a full life.

I have seen Dr. Klompje on two occasions. One for a colonoscopy and another for a gallbladder removal. He was professional and caring in both instances. I feel that he did both procedures well without any stress on my part. I would definitely recommend him as a surgeon. He doesn't have the typical surgeon bedside manner. He doesn't think he is a "god" in my opinion.

He helped to make the process of having a byopsy easier. Scar from surgery is is almost unnoticable. Very little bruising afterward. Would reccommend to a family member.

Dr. Klompje did surgery on me and did a wonderful job. He was very professional and kind, and I felt that I was in very good hands. After my surgery, I was very pleased with the cosmetic results (lumpectomy). I look the same, with a very small scar.

Office can be somewhat unprofessional and I found Dr. klompje was not willing to look into a suggested treatment that I had mentioned to him because he had not heard of it....He made me feel very unacknowleged when I came out of my appt feeling frustrated and mad...I do not expect him to just automatically give me the treatment but I do expect a good dr. to atleast look into it and give me his educated opinion as to why he does not feel it is right for me...many other doctors around the world and in canada are prescribing it...It is after all my body, my health etc that is at risk and my quality of life...
