Libby has been my doctor for over 20 years and I wouldn't want any other doctor. There are long waits but she is worth it. She actually learnt a new procedure just for me so I wouldn't have to drive to Kelowna. Thank you Libby

Dr McCoid models holistic care.Her strength lies in her genuine warmth and interpersonal skills.She may run late on occasion, because she takes the time required to really listen and discuss concerns. As a nurse, I respect her knowledge and willingness to follow up. JU

I almost always have to wait a significant amount of time but never mind because Dr. McCoid takes whatever time is needed with every patient including me and I appreciate that. She has been an awesome family physician for me for many years. She is very compassionate, is willing to dig to get to the root of a problem and is not hesitant about referring a patient to a specialist to get the needed answers. She is always pleasant and cheery.

I have been a patient of Libbys' for 14 years and her professional and friendly service goes over and above what anybody could ask for. I have been dealing with an injury and without the support from Libby, family and friends, my disability may have been much more difficult to deal with. I just want to express my appreciation for Libbys' perseverance and belief in me and and the situation I am going through. Beverly LaJeunesse
