Found a pneumonia by tapping chest after my wife brought to Gabe urgent care and started antibiotic before she went to hospital, which may have contributed to her survival.

I have never witnessed a more caring , knowledgeable brilliant doctor in my 68 years . he has saved many lives on gabriola island and he is a gabriola treasure....he also has a great sense of humour ... (you don't learn that in medical school.) gabriola is so very very lucky to have him..i know live in Lillooet and I know I will never get another doctor like Francois thankyou.francois..

Dr. Bosman has been attending to both me and my husband for the nearly eight years he has been on Gabriola. He is the first doctor that I have felt truly comfortable with in my 72 years. I would recommend him to anyone.

If you can get in to see her she can be good. My husband isn't listened to well but she has been good with me and my 2 children.
