DR HUANG IS A GREAT DOCTOR FOR NON-EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE SUCH AS SORE THROAT, ARTHRITIS, BACK PAIN ETC. FOR LIFE THREATENING CONDITIONS, PATIENTS REQUIRING SURGERY, OR THOSE WHOM POTENTIALLY REQUIRE EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE- THE LEVEL OF CARE CAN BE (BUT NOT ALWAYS) SUBSTANDARD, BROAD ASSESSMENT IS NOT CONSIDERED. THIS ALONG WITH THE LACK OF SERVICES AVAILABLE AT KITIMAT HOSPITAL MAKE TIME SENSITIVE SITUATIONS A FAILURE BEFORE THEY HAPPEN. DR HUANG APPEARS TO LACK TAKING THE TIME TO FULLY ASSESS HIS PATIENTS' CONDITION(S), OFTEN OVERLOOKING VITAL INFORMATION WITHIN TESTS AND REPORTS.
