Aside from his long absences from his practice, he is usually friendly, knowledeable, though sometimes too abrupt. His LPNs are mostly very caring and helpful, and the staff has been very pleasant, caring and helpful, with a special shout-out for Shannon.

Dr Fagan is one of the smartest medical people I know. Always up to date, pursues answers for correct diagnosis combined with incredible care for the patient. Good follow up as well. Practice is very busy and front staff a little abrupt.
