Dr. Fitzsimons has been our son's specialist since birth. Not only does she take a diagnostic approach and gets all the appropriate testing and referrals in place to allow the best informed decisions, she doesn't miss a thing and knows our son's case to a T. She has a great manner with parents and children, and overall is a wonderful support for those who very much require help in our community. We are fortunate to have such a good paediatrician in our community. And yes the office staff is also A+.

Dr Fitzsimons is an amazing doctor! She put our son at ease, while explaining everything to us and making sure we were clear. She was able to translate and speak French to my partner also which was formidable! A very down-to-earth and nice lady, with an incredible intellect!
