Brought in my 9 year old as I couldn't break her fever for 3 days. He is the 1st Er doctor that had a big Ego. He took the time and listen to me. He cared for my 9 year old with respect and had amazing bed side manners.

Compassionate, kind, empathetic, knowledgeable. Despite the emergency dept's being overwhelmed by current health crises, Dr Gatenby listened to me, diagnosed & presc correctly. Agree with other postings, wish he could be my family doctor.

Dr.Gatenby was so kind, patient and knowledgeable. I came in emergency with rapid irregular heart rate feeling very anxious. His quiet, kind manner and words were a god-send!
