I developed a sinus infection while vacationing in Penticton and visited Dr O'Neil's very busy walk-in clinic for treatment. He was thorough in his assessment and presented sound medical advice on treatment including an antibiotic if needed. Folks in Penticton without a regular family doctor are fortunate in having him available for medical treatment.

I blew my knee out at work and Dr.O'neil has been fantastic helping me deal with my knee and WCB. He's very gentle and seems to genuinely care about his patient's recovery. He seemed bummed out that he had to tell me my ACL was torn right before Christmas. "Sorry bud... Blown ACL for Christmas."

He never asked for any history, not very thorough and never once looked me in the eye. I don't believe he even looked at me at all! All I really saw was the back of his head and the side of his face. Seemed disinterested and detached. Very casual in shorts and sandles. The front end staff are nice. Got the feeling that his attitude is "I don't care, and because I work in a walk-in clinic I do not have to be accountable because I may never have to see you again. Too bad we are in the position to have to be #300 on a waiting list for a family doctor.
