I have been a patient for over 12 years, not too many medical issues but a recent situation took far too long to get sorted and I didn't feel believed when I complained about the level of pain. The level of empathy needs work but otherwise no issues.

Dr. McDonald is very personable, open and an excellent communicator. He is quick to diagnose a problem and to make referrals when required. I have had many doctors over the years and Dr. McDonald is undoubtedly the best.
