We only had Dr. Beltgardt for about 11/2 years prior to moving from PR. We found him to be very caring , easy to see, and quick access once at the clinis. The receptionists for Dr. Belgardt were both extremely calm, caring and efficient.

Speaking of northern Dr's. who practices racism. Belgarht is one of them. Ive spoken to many First Nation folks who have stated this fact.
