She is an okay/decent doctor. Appointments often start super late and I've literally been rushed out in less than 5 minutes before, probably more like 3. Sometimes she's friendly and listens, sometimes her manner is more rough and almost rude or a bit arrogant. When she listens at times she can be helpful and even seem caring though. It's really great that she is open to natural remedies and she's also great with providing referrals to specialists if needed.

Dr. Dercksen takes her time and listens. Always cares about what I am saying. I appreciate her knowledge of natural remedies.

Doesn't care about her patients at all. Ignores complaints of excessive pain during procedures, then blames the patient for a procedure not going smoothly. Staff also unfriendly and generally off putting when trying to book an appointment. Won't be going there again.

Have had her for a doctor for years now and find her caring, proactive and easy to approach. sometimes not so punctual, but takes time with you and listens.
