I had been to RGH with pain similar to a gallbladder attack but I already had my gallbladder out. Doctor I saw before was same one who misdiagnosed by gallbladder attack and told me I had heartburn. I went back and Dr Chan was there. He immediately knew what was wrong and helped me out. He has also seen my kids for fractures. He is so caring and empathetic and knowledgeable. I wish he was my family doctor!

dr chan was very attentive to my 96 year old mother who was admitted to the er on 24 nov. he oversaw her tests and bed care diligently and ensured that she was fully able to be released after treatment. he was very knowledgeable about her alz condition and quickly recognized the reason for her admission. great care.

On March 15/11, I went to the ER in Richmond Hospital. Dr. Chan was great and most impressive in every sense. Bravo!. Mr. H. Bergman/Richmond BC
