Dr. Chang is friendly, but takes all health concerns seriously. He has been my doctor for 9 years, and I have been very happy with him.

Ever since I became a patient of Dr. Chang, I have been impressed with his advice, thoughts and research into my problems and never rushes you out! A very caring Doctor in my view! I'm glad I have him as a Doctor!

First impression was that he is a bit of a rookie when didn't administer an injection to precisely the right spot in the knee, but have been very satisfied with his care and attention after that first visit.

As he settled into the job, it became evident that Dr. Sigismund had picked an excellent replacement. Now Dr. Chang is much more friendly, as well as efficient and knowledgeable
