Dr Fedder attended my father last night in the ER of the Richmond Hospital. He was very courteous, professional, and kind. He helped us immeasurably at a time when my mother was terribly distressed, and his advice was clear and helpful. We are so grateful that Dr Fedder was our attending physician, and we owe him a great debt of gratitude.
