The staff at the hospital were compassionate, and kind. Dr. Lorenzo saw me at the hospital the day after I experienced chest and arm pain. He was very attentive, very compassionate and thorough in his examination and follow up treatment. I could never have had a better Doctor taking care of me. He actually went over and above. Sure wish he was my doctor as i dont have one yet. Me and many others I bet. Thank you Dr. Lorenzo .

Dr Lorenzo helped me when I was recently admitted to hospital for a mini stroke. I wish he was accepting new patients as a family doctor!

I saw Dr. Lorenzo Christmas day for a severe Kidney stone attack I was having. He was thorough and very precise in the actions he took and the tests he ordered. He made sure I had proper medication for the circumstances and arranged for me to see a Specialist. Very nicely done at Saanich Peninsula Hospital ER. This is as opposed to my bad experience at Victoria General Hospital three months previous for the same problem.

Saw him on emergency basis at walk-in; took time to carefully diagnose a suspected retinal tear and to follow up with early referral; also listened and provided assurances re another matter of grave importance involving my husband's cardiac care; NOT dismissive and rushy; VERY diligent!!
