I have met Dr. Diggle just once. What impressed me most was his determination to pursue a meaningful diagnosis of the condition affecting me. His examination was comprehensive and I was informed of his determinations as the exam proceeded. I was left with a feeling of confidence that there would be follow-through and resolution.

Front desk staff need to work on their people skills but Dr Diggle himself was excellent and thorough

I'm seeing Dr.Diggle for seizures that Dr.Diggle is trying to determine the cause of them. I also have a fratured sternum (that happened after I saw him and had a sleep-deprived EEG booked but had to cancel it because of the severe pain and the fact that I couldn't lay completely still to have it done). When I had my appointmen(s) I found him very nice, empathetic, friendly and very knowledable in his field. I was very impressed with the way he spoke to me (as an equal, unlike some of them who are demeaning an rude. I appreciated his expaining what was happening and where we were going to go from there. He seems very determined to find out why these seizures are happening and I have no doubt that he will eventually. I'm lad I was recommended to him! :)

In short, he is one completely thorough Doctor who is keenly interested in addressing what ails you. He obviously has an excellent rapport with his staff which speaks volumes in itself. They respect him. I can honestly say I was completely satisfied even though there is no fix for my issue.
