I can only say, thank you Dr.Bali Athwal. You have been my doctor in Harm Reduction for almost 3 years now and I am eternally grateful for your compassion, knowledge, and most of all friendship. Most doctors shuffle you in and out like a number but you have always taken the time to ask me how things are going and you always have a smile for me. Your enthusiasm and concern is apparent when I let you know whether or not things are bad or good and you always have a kind and knowledgeable word for me.
