Dr. Boylan is a civilian doctor in CDU2 (Care Delivery Unit 2) at Canadian Forces Base Esquimalt, in Victoria, BC. Dr. Boylan is outstanding. She was recommended to me by my Commanding Officer after I had grumbled about the lack of continuity of care in CDU2 with doctors rotating in and out of the Base too frequently for my liking. I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised with Dr Boylan's manner and professionalism. She quickly inspired confidence in me that I was in good hands. She's relaxed, an excellent listener, which is very important to me, and she is patient, helpful, and seems to genuinely care. Further, she has a more "wholistic" appraoch than most doctors I have encountered, and tends to look beyond the mere obvious. I am very impressed with this medical professional and hope to have her as my primary medical care provider for as long as possible. A job very well done!
