I wish this doctor would remember what ailments you have especially after seeing him for over a decade. Ever since Dr Egolf moved from his old clinic on Marshall Rd to the new clinic Whatcom Medical, he has changed into a lazy doctor that has his cliental set. He seems paranoid when it comes to prescribing certain meds Feeling the college is always watching him. Disappointed I thought it was about the patient and not about your paranoia.Looking for new doctor

In 2012 I did a review on Dr. Egolf that was totally unfair. I was angry and frustrated with Fraser Health - Abbotsford Hospital's - process of care for seniors. Because of my frustration with the system I unfairly took it out on Dr. Egolf & his office when I wrote the review. I apologize. In fact he did his best with the process he had to abide by. I am again seeking care ... but this time for my Mother and I now understand there is a process all Doctors must work within. Dr. Egolf has been very caring, helpful and knowledgeable while working through the challenges of my Mother's health issues. I appreciate his patience with me for being the voice of care for my parents.

I am a new patient to Dr. Egolf, with a complex medical history. He has proven to be compassionate and professional, knowledgable and thorough. I never feel rushed during a visit and he takes the time to actually listen to my concerns. After my family doctor of 25 years retired, I thought I'd never find another doctor who would be as helpful. Dr. Egolf has far exceeded any expectation I had and I feel so incredibly fortunate to be under his care.

He is always listens and does a careful examination. He gives accurate diagnosis and will refer to a specialist when required.

Staff defensive and not readily available for assistance either in person or on the telephone. Dr. Egolf does not provide referrrals to speicalists or seniors clinics in a timely manner for seniors. Patient's family would prefer referral to specialists than to be prescribed pills.
