Dr. Lowen is the best doctor I have ever had. His diagnostic skills are almost always 100% accurate. He has helped me through some difficult times (menopause, severe depression) to name a few. He is compassionate, insightful and has a wonderful bedside manner. He is very supportive of his patients. Down side, sometimes its a long wait to see him even when you have an appointment. But.....it's worth it.

Dr. Loewen is the best doctor I have ever had. He is so friendly and caring. He has a very busy poractice so it can take awhile to get an appt. with him although he is no longer taking on any new patients. His staff members are all so wonderful and caring as well.

Best doctor I have ever had. He is informed, courteous, and caring. Has gotten difficult to book with as he is so popular, but this doesnt make him rush you out the door, which is refreshing. I don't mind waiting in the office a bit, because if he's late it's because someone needed him and he listened.

Great Doctor who has unfortunately gotten more difficult to book with (popularity has it's price. He is probably the best doctor I have ever had in terms of his bedside manner and his knowledge. Personable, and thorough, what more could you ask for in a doctor?
