Dr Poon is a great doctor. Very knowledgable and caring. He takes time to explain things in lamens terms and always answers my questions or concerns. I never feel rushed or pressured like you do with some doctors. I would recommend him 100 %. Doreen his receptionist/secretary is fantastic at her job and super nice too!

Excellent doctor! I have been so impressed by his level of professionalism, knowledge, and caring demeanour during my pregnancy. His receptionist Doreen is adorable, helpful, competent and friendly as well!

Loved Dr Poon and Doreen until I had a surgery cancelled by the hospital and then was not rescheduled for over a month later. Not very caring or helpful at that point. Guess I'm not as important and the other patients..
