I have been a patient of Dr. Phimister's for about 3 years. I think he is absolutely hands down the best most compassionate caring doctor I have ever met. I feel very very lucky to have him as my doctor. I useto, More appx up until this past 12 months found some members of staff to be rude, and very unfriendly, ignoring people when they come up to the window to ask a question and literally for 5 minutes would chat and not come to the window knowing people are standing there, Also sometimes treating patients differently based on their medical history, which they really shouldn't have anything to do with or know about period. its not the secretary or office assistants, filers job to read another persons file ever. And I feel like that's something they do sometimes, however, I put a 5 for staff because since one receptionist retired and there are some new staff. And my chart isnt as judgemental they are much more friendly then the previous staff, and the ones who are still there, are the ones who have always been nice and respectful from the beginning. I also don't think that the staff should be part of the rating of a Doctor. I dont think it is fair that he would pop up as a lower score to people that dont know him based 25% of the mark on the staff in the office. This Is not the rating of Agassiz Health Center, this is the rating of Dr. Phimister so he is a top Doctor in mine, and many others opinions. (but again the staff now, since about a year maybe more ago have been much much better. Thank You Dr. Phimister for all that you do for the community.

Dr Phimister is an excellent Doctor and I feel lucky to have him as my Doctor. He is always cheerful, helpful, up to date medically and he does not make you feel in a rush. I rely on him and feel confident in his knowledge.
