She knows medicine. Very importantly, she bothers to explain to patients what is going on, and succeeds in informing them adequately in the reduced time frame of a doctor's appointment. An added bonus: she is a wonderful person, and I always regret when I leave that we didn't have time to just chat.

Dr. Bitonti has been my GP for almost 8 years now. She is kind, caring and very knowledgeable. I have never felt rushed by her - she takes the time to listen. A wonderful Dr. I feel lucky to have her.

Dr. Bitonti has been my family doctor for the last 5 yrs. She is very thorough, patient and caring. She goes the extra mile, called me at home to check in after my surgery. Her staff are very friendly. I feel very fortunate to have her as my doctor!

Dr. Bitonti was my doctor until I moved to Nanaimo. She is warm and caring and really tries to always do the best for her patients. I will have a hard time finding another doctor like her.

Very warm, senstitive, caring doctor. Dedicated and knowledgeable. She gives her patients all the time they need and answers all questions and gives good advise. I found her to be very professional and easy to talk to. She is a very good GP and I highly recommend her. Does not prescribe cancer causing bc pills which proves to me she is a doctor who truly cares for the overall health and wellbeing of her patients. Well done.
