I found Dr. Yuen to be quite the special man. He was uptight and professional in his care for his - ergo - 'subjects' - and as well as very cordial and kind. I'd once met Dr. Yuen as a patient and was very much satisfied with him. Now, for the rest of his staff, I haven't interacted much, so that's why I give a four to it.
