She was good during walk ins . Has become very rigid in last year. Has good boundaries but when there is a problem uses a disciplinary approach . There was a discrepancy over a missed appointment. I had been given a different day then what the staff had logged in. When I called to confirm my appointment I was told the Dr would only see me at the walk in but there was no guarantee she would be there. I had missed a previous appointment due to illness which I had called and cancelled . It appeared I had missed two appointments. I have arthritis and I am unable to go to walk in and wait to see someone with no guarantee that I will get in sithttps://www.face book.com/iloveflowerandnature/posts/1003199809773184
