Dr Bartel is such a kind caring person. He is very knowledgable and such a sweet person. Most of his staff are great, I am not a big fan of the person in the front. Nosey, condescending and down right rude at times. I understand that she deals with a lot and is the front line person, but I think a lot of patience is needed for a job like that and sadly I don't think its there. I have never seen her smile.

Very friendly, takes the time to listen and to explain treatment/options/tests. The staff are awesome!

I've been with this doctor since my birth, and he is wonderful. The staff is great and do their best to get you in quickly if there is an emergency. I've always been taken care of well at Dr. Bartel's office.
