I don't visit him often but when I do, he always rushes the appointment. Five minutes seems to be his target and yet I sometimes wait up to an hour in the room. He doesn't have time for questions. Occasionally, I'll wait weeks to see him because he's overbooked, and then he'll send in a student. He seems good for everyday issues but he has no patience for less typical health issues.

Been family doc for years, he awesome. Great knowledge, many years experience in Emergency doctoring. Caring and supportive. He takes the time you need to address all your issues not just 1!

Mark is an excellent family practicioner who appears to genuinely care about all aspects of his patients health. While not always in 100% agreement with his advice always 100% respected. I feel like my health is his number one priority, I know thats the way its supposed to be but we all have met doctors who don't seem to follow that practice. Mark is genuine. One of the ladies on his staff can be a hag sometimes, I only mention it because they asked.

Dr Mark MacKenzie is the best family doctor we have ever had. He is very caring, patient. He helps me make informed choices about my health.

Best doctor our family has ever had! Always greets me with a handshake. On our first visit, within 30 seconds he diagnosed an issue with my daughter that had stumped two other doctors over a period of two months. I feel very fortunate to have gotten in with him at the beginning of his medical career and am already concerned about who will replace him when he retires in about 20 years. He is sometimes late coming into the exam room for an appointment, but I know that is only because he takes time and attention with all his patients and never tries to rush anyone out the door. Excellent, excellent, excellent.

I am 66 years old. Dr. MacKenzie is far and away the best family Dr. I have ever had. His clinic is well run and easy to get an appointment once established.
