She's a very Nice and caring Doctor. It's too bad that it's extremely hard to get an apt as she's usually booked a month ahead and her days and work hours are so limited. Booking a last minute apt is nearly impossible and time consuming. You have to call right at 8:30am and keep trying like your calling a radio station to win a prize. Finally when you get through you have to wait on hold for a while to find out that there are no slots available... tough luck! Sometimes you can get lucky though but only if you are one of the first few to get through in the early AM.

Booking system is terrible. All i am going to say is their appointment call in should start at 8am. Sitting on the phone for one hour. People have lives.
