I gave a 2 for punctuality because Dr. Swanson always seems to be running late. The reason for this is that he quite often spends a lot of time with each patient. He does not cut you short if you need the time. He is one of the best Dr. that I have ever had. Will spend the time to get to the bottom of what you need.
