Cecile Andreas is the worst doctor I have ever seen. I don't think she's stupid - just a petty, nasty person who let her empty personality define her as a doctor. Her husband Greg is 10 times the doctor that Cecile is.

Extremely moody woman. Catch her on a "good day" - she's great. IF you can catch her on a good day! Patients deserve better.
