Dr. Fletcher is a very caring and kind doctor. If she doesn't know what the problem is she would not insist that she does. Instead she is very responsible and sends my kids to whatever specialist necessary to check out any significant problems. On her own she is able to handle things nicely. Her husband is a different story and I would never go to him in a million years. He's a conceit and thinks he knows everything. He belittles women and has said some very unprofessional things to me in the time I have been there. He was performing a procedure on my son. My son began screaming that the area wasn't frozen and begged the doctor to stop. Yelling really loudly. Dr. Ray got a disgusted look on his face, said "What a baby you are, this shouldn't hurt at all, your is frozen." My son told him it wasn't and please stop. Dr. Ray ignored him and still kept cutting, seriously! Until I told him to Stop, right now! and couldn't he see the area wasn't frozen enough yet. He got disgusted, pulled his gloves off and threw them down, put down his instruments and left the room. Said "Let me know when he's calmed down and I'll finish the procedure." I have never in my life met such a person in dealing with children, he is abominable and shouldn't be allowed to treat children. Dr. Fletcher on the other hand is wonderful and kind and knowledgeable and as I said, if she doesn't have the answer, she sends us to someone who does. Very good doctor.

Dr Fletcher is extremely kind and caring and she always goes above and beyond to try and find a solution to a problem. or if she doesn't know she always seeks expert advice. She is compassionate and an excellent listener, I love having her as my own family physician.

Dr. Fletcher is a very compassionate physician, she is extremely caring. She exemplifies true honour to her profession. I have really been blessed having her as my Physician.

Dr Fletcher relies too much on the advice of her husband Dr. Martin Ray. I had a cyst and for over a year had frequent fatigue and bladder conditions. At one point in time she told myself that I was not sick and that she didn't have her menstrual cycle for the majority of her Medical School. I went elsewhere and ended up not only having an ovarian cyst the size of an orange but also my appendix had tripled in size. I also know a woman who had a spot on her face that was cancer that Dr. Fletcher didn't pick up on. A nice lady but I wouldn't go to her for anything

The only reason Dr Fletcher is not a '5' in punctuality is b/c she is such a caring doctor and is not about to 'abandon' a patient who may need a little extra of her time.
