Dr. Dawson is a phenomenal doctor. I have seen him a couple times on a walk in basis about chronic issues. He has provided diagnosis's that other doctors have not been able (or willing) to give after years and years of visits. He has helped me greatly improve my quality of life

Great doctor. Very caring. Sometimes takes a long time with patients, so you might have to wait, but worth it.

Dr. Dawson is a knowledgeable, caring and patient man with a wonderful sense of humour and he is diligent with keeping me informed of test results and new health management strategies

Dr Dawson is the sweetest dr ever. He is very friendly and helpful and really cares about you as a patient. He takes the time to listen to your concerns. He is also very good at making you feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation if your visit is for something a bit embarrassing. I felt very comfortable with dr Dawson and would definitely recommend him.
