Dr. Ertel treated me in a respectful and professional manner on two occasions when I encountered him in the emergency room at the Kelowna Hospital. Having met him initially through our children, I appreciated the professional manner in which he interacted with me. His bedside manner was great at putting patients at ease. He followed up with the medical issues needing to be dealt with and my gallbladder was finally removed. Dr. Ertel's strong skill set of multi-tasking, organizing and remaining calm in a hectic environment was impressive! The emergency room seemed to be a good fit for all of his various people skills. Thank you Dr. Ertel for all your help!
