Dr. Kates was wonderful with my husband and I, and he doesn't rush you in & out. He is thorough and even made notes for me to follow. He made a great point indicating how so many patients he sees are over-medicated. i.e. your GP puts you on a blood pressure pill and leaves you on it FOREVER, as it seems to be doing its job. Never checking to see if the dose could be "reduced" or stopped completely down the road! He got my husband off 2 pills he was on as he felt he no longer needed them. He also saw us for several "follow-up" visits, including one more in 5 months. Amazing and caring!
