Dr. Koss has been my doctor since I moved to Kelowna over 17 years ago. He delivered my 3rd daughter. He has taken great care of me and my family all these years. He listens and does not rush me out. He has helped us through many tough times.

Best Dr. Caring, truly loves his job. No ego, attentive listener, open to suggestions, will support you 100% referring to a specialist if need be. Can't say enough good things. The clinic staff are non too friendly though...pitty.

Dr.Koss has helped my wife for many yrs, he is very attentive to her issues and makes every effort to assist in her well being. Dr. Koss has gone as far as coming to our home when we were not able to get to his office, he is very understanding and I would not have any other doctor taking care of my wife other then Dr.Koss

Dr Koss was my Dr.in Kelowna for 16yrs.He saw me thru Cancer and my Moms death.I have never had a kinder more compassionate Dr.who truly cares about you.I have moved away from Kel. and I truly miss him. I now live in Coquitlam and do NOT have a Dr. that is as attentive as he was. I wished he lived here.Claudia

been my dr for 17 years and has the most kind, gentle bedside manner. takes time to hear you and SEE you. he is genuine and compassionate

does not pay much attention to what your problems are nor any interest in looking into what could be done - sluffs it off- writes a quick precsription and get you out the door
