I came to Dr. McGinness after leaving another doctor I was unhappy with. Dr. McGinness has been a breath of fresh air with her caring demeanour and thoroughness in getting tests done and setting up results appointments. Her front desk staff person is always very helpful and friendly and proactive in managing my health appointments. I truly appreciate their patient care in knowledge and attitude. My faith in our health care providers has returned.

Claire has been the best GP I have ever had. I have Crohn's and she has spent may hours educating herself to better help me. That what I call dedication!!!

She is the most wonderful doctor I have ever had!! Caring, helpful, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile for her patients, takes the time required, made us feel like we mattered, were important and not just another medical number. I am so grateful to God that we found her when we did, she was most amazing when my husband went through terminal illness, she was attentive to his needs and always put her best effort forth in all of his care, from diagnosis to hospice. I can't say enough good things about her!! I admire her skill, diligence, kindness and thoughtfulness. She is in my opinion the best doctor in Kelowna!!
