Saw Dr Chan with my brother. Was not at all helpful. Surgery is needed but not yet although my brother cannot walk without a cane and cannot work. Did not prescribe pain meds or have any helpful suggestions. Very unhappy with him

First visit with Dr. Chan. Found him to be very sensitive and well-meaning. Offered websites for me to read and gain more knowledge.

Dr.Chan is a very pleasant and cheerful individual and quite knowlegable in his profession,as is his staff.Especially his receptionist Debbie,professional and courteous. But this makes him a very very busy man so I recommend keeping any appointments you have made and be punctual.Even if he sometimes is not.
