Dr. Phelps is an incredible doctor. She is very compassionate and treats you like a friend rather than just a patient. I had to have a rare surgery and it put all my worries at rest when I learned she would be performing the surgery. if anyone needs an obgyn, I wouldn't look anywhere else.

Dr. Phelps was amazing to me. She really took her time with me and made me feel very valued and taken care of. I am so lucky that she was at the hospital when I needed emergency surgery. She helped me through a very difficult time.

She is amazing!!! She treats you like you are her only patient. Very compassionate, professional, and very detailed. I highly recommend her to any one needing a OBGYN.
