I spoke to Dr. Bartel in emergency, yesterday. I was quite distressed as my 84 mother was admitted with brain tumour, related issues. He took the time to calm me, and assure me my mother’s health was most important. Not being able to accompany her, and knowing her cognitive issues, along with her hearing, I was afraid she would be brushed off. After my conversation with Dr Bartel my fears were elevated

My husband saw Dr Bartel in Emerg, he was very thorough and caring, and took the time to call us later in the afternoon to follow up with us. One of the best doctors we have encountered.

My husband has seen Dr. Bartell at ER twice. Our experience is that the Canadian Medical system needs caring person (doctors) like him. I wish I have him as a family doctor. Steve & Gabriella Forisek

I saw Dr. Bartel at Maple Ridge emergency. He was the best doctor I have ever encountered. Caring, thorough, kind & extremely helpful.I wish he had his own practice aside from Emergency I'd love to have him as a family doctor.
