He can be abit abrasive and he seems to assume that I don't notice but he is from Briton after all. he does know his stuff. He scared the daylights out of my mother when he was disrepectful of her by talking to her as though she was 5 years old with a tone that made her feel as though she should go sit in the corner.

My friend's mother hates going to see Dr. Bright because he is most unfriendly. She is a lovely person and I can't imagine her saying this unless it was true.
