I always found Dr. Swanepoel efficient, caring, kind and understanding. I would recommend him without hesitation or reservation.

Does NOT answer direct questions, and refuses to refer to a specialist, even though he obviously does not have the answers. Have been his patient since he came here, and am beyond fed up. Patients still have the right to ask questions about our diagnosis, but he has developed a god-complex and will not answer even the simplest questions.

When I first started seeing Dr. Swanepoel he was friendly and compassionate...but the last year or 2 he's been very argumentative ... I am continuously having to defend myself when needing a sick note, etc. He's also stopped explaining his diagnosis - the pharmacist explains what my ailment is now. I am now looking for a new doctor.

I have nothing but praise for the MOA. She is always swamped with work but I find her to be cheerful and friendly. Swanepol is usually right with his diagnosis.

Wonderful doctor, much better than the one I used to have. Doc Swanny listens and will answer questions! And Ive never had to wait in the waiting room very long either!
