My kids have seen him once or twice in the emergency and he was great but I was lucky enough last Sunday to get him! I was in severe pain in my back and he didn’t hesitate ran a bunch of test for me got me into an MRI asap thankfully I had that as I do have a injury on my spine that the previous dr told me to take Advil and Tylenol for and basically rushed me out making me feel terrible for disturbing him! Dr Rumball made me feel heard and cared for! Thank you so much for being amazing and for being here for the right reasons!

Dr. Rumball was the attending ER doctor at NRGH today when my wife was admitted by ambulance. He was excellent and thorough in dealing with her situation, reassuring both of us during our five hours at the ER. We are fortunate to have such a doctor in Nanaimo!

What an amazing asset Dr Rumball is to Nanaimo Regional Hospital Emergency This is actually the second time I have been fortunate to see him Thorough/Knowledgeable/Empathetic Dr Rumball and the staff, especially under these new Covid conditions , are doing a wonderful job

Dr. Rumball was amazing today. He was very kind and attentive to my husband who never goes to the hospital but has pneumonia. He is an amazing listener and very personable. I wish he could be our regular doctor. Our experience with him was exceptional at Nanaimo Regional Hospital. Thank you so much.
