His office staff went out of their way to track down a referral that my GP's office had forgotten to send. He diagnosed me quickly with thyroid cancer even though the biopsy came back negative, then determinedthat the mass was too large to be handled in Nanaimo as there was no thoracic surgeon on staff in case of emergency. He referred me to another specialist in Victoria where it was removed. From the first second I walked through the door of his office, I felt he listened to me, answered all my questions, and displayed real concern and professionalism. I would go back to him in a second and recommend him to anyone.

Was very very disappointed with his intial diagnosis /treatment of my husband's head and neck cancer.I found him to be extremely slow. My husband did not survive.

He cured my hearing problem in two weeks. Fantastic!! He was kind and helpful to me and others from observations in the waiting room.
